I. Basic Provisions
1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are issued by the operator of the website www.kraznee.sk, FT&A, s.r.o., Pod vysielačom 2, 97401 Banskа́ Bystrica, IČ DPH: SK2023652345, IČO: 46930469 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
2. These Terms and Conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and a natural person who enters into a purchase contract outside their business activities as a consumer or within their business activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") via the web interface available at www.kraznee.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").
3. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract. In the event of any discrepancies between the purchase contract and these Terms and Conditions, the purchase contract shall prevail.

II. Information on Goods and Prices
1. Information about the goods, including the price of each item and its main characteristics, is listed for each product in the Online Store catalog. The prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the Online Store. This provision does not exclude the possibility of negotiating a purchase contract under individually agreed conditions.
2. The Online Store provides information on packaging and delivery costs. These costs are valid only for deliveries within the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
3. Any discounts on the purchase price of goods cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.

III. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
1. The Buyer places an order by filling out an order form.
2. When placing an order, the Buyer selects the product, quantity, payment method, and delivery method.
3. Before submitting the order, the Buyer can review and modify the information they entered. The Seller considers the information provided in the order to be correct. A valid order requires the completion of all mandatory fields in the order form and the Buyer's confirmation that they have read these Terms and Conditions.
4. Upon receiving the order, the Seller will promptly send the Buyer an order confirmation via email. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
5. If the Seller cannot fulfill any of the order requirements, they will send the Buyer a modified offer. The modified offer is considered a new proposal for the purchase contract, which is concluded upon the Buyer's confirmation of acceptance.
6. All orders accepted by the Seller are binding. The Buyer may cancel an order before receiving confirmation from the Seller by email.
7. If an obvious technical error occurs when listing the price of a product in the Online Store or during the ordering process, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price. The Seller will notify the Buyer of the error and provide a corrected offer.

IV. Payment Terms and Delivery of Goods
1. The Buyer may pay for the goods and delivery costs via:
- Bank transfer
- Cash upon personal pickup
- Cash or payment card at a parcel collection point
2. Along with the purchase price, the Buyer must pay any packaging and delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery will be carried out as soon as possible, typically within 4 to 8 weeks after payment, depending on the nature of the ordered goods.
4. Goods will be delivered to the Buyer:
- To the specified address
- To a parcel collection point
- By personal pickup
5. Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method and are specified in the order confirmation.
6. If the Buyer requests a special delivery method, they bear the associated risks and costs.
7. If the Buyer fails to take delivery, the Seller may arrange for redelivery at the Buyer’s expense.
8. Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the packaging for damage and report any defects to the carrier immediately.
9. A tax document (invoice) is included with the delivery.
10. Ownership transfers upon full payment and receipt. The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

V. Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Orders placed via www.kraznee.sk involve custom-made goods. The Buyer has no right to withdraw if the goods have been customized or made to measure.

VI. Rights from Defective Performance
1. The Seller guarantees that the goods are free from defects at the time of delivery.
2. If a defect is found, the Buyer may request:
- Free repair (for removable defects)
- A reasonable discount (for non-removable defects)
- Withdrawal from the contract (for serious defects)
3. The Buyer cannot withdraw if the defect resulted from improper use.
4. The Seller will notify the Buyer of the complaint outcome within 30 days.
5. The Buyer cannot claim defects they were aware of before accepting the goods or if they caused the defect.
6. If the complaint is justified, the Buyer is entitled to reimbursement of reasonable costs incurred.
7. Defective performance rights are governed by the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act.

VII. Communication

1. The contracting parties may exchange written correspondence via email.
2. The Buyer shall send correspondence to the Seller’s email address specified in these Terms and Conditions. The Seller shall send correspondence to the Buyer’s email address provided in their order.

VIII. Final Provisions
1. All agreements are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic. If an international element is involved, the parties agree that the law of the Slovak Republic shall govern the relationship.
2. The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct in relation to the Buyer.
3. All rights to the Seller’s website, including copyrights to content, trademarks, logos, and other elements, belong to the Seller. It is prohibited to copy, modify, or use the website without the Seller's consent.
4. The Seller is not responsible for errors due to third-party interference or improper use of the Online Store.
5. The purchase agreement and Terms and Conditions are archived electronically and are not publicly accessible.
6. The Seller may amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect rights and obligations arising from previous versions.
