When an ad from KRAZNeé popped up on my ig, I didn't hesitate and contacted the hat maker with a request to create a custom hat. I honestly did not expect such a professional attitude, willingness, expertise and advice. During the entire creation process, I was informed about everything. Lenka is a real professional with a great sense of detail. The delivery was smooth, the hat was properly and beautifully packaged. I really recommend it to anyone who likes honest craftsmanship and appreciates the work of others and wants to have their own and unique hat.
